Heisei Nishiki is the name given to a metallic Doitsu Sanke, also known as Doitsu Yamato Nishiki. This young example features a lustrous sheen that enhances its burnished copper coloration. The black markings are just beginning to surface and should become much more pronounced as the koi matures.
