This Sanke from Takahashi caught our eye swimming in the pond with its strong Kuchibeni (lipstick) on the nose. Tsubo Sumi is perfectly placed next to the bright red Beni pattern. Note how the Sumi flanks the pattern at the shoulder and between the steps. Truly a quality example and another one of our "Pick of the week" koi!
